Returns

Not satisfied with your order? No problem! You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased on BareBoxer.com. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. The cost of shipping for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@bareboxer.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. We will process the refund within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment and return shipping costs will be deducted.

Please note that Gift Cards purchased on BareBoxer.com are not eligible for a return.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bareboxer.com to initiate the exchange.

Shipping
To initiate a return, email us at hello@bareboxer.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

If you prefer to select the mail carrier of your choice, please mail your returned merchandise to: Golf City Products, 77971 Wildcat Dr. Suite A, Palm Desert CA 92211, United States. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
